"Fuck." Hartley froze, grabbing Axel's arm without even thinking about it, just deciding he needed the support as he stared at Cisco. "I work with that guy."
That had definitely been a mistake, he shouldn't have told Axel, but he was in shock. How was he supposed to handle this? Hartley pulled Axel back a few steps until they stood against the wall, a lot less suspicious. "He was the one that called me a cocksucker. I work above him, I'm an asshole, usual resentment. I just don't know what the hell he's doing here."
"Tell me that's the one that called you a fag too? Oh God, this is beautiful. This is like the universe is rewarding us." Axel laughed as he watched the poor bastard seem very much out of place, downing his drink like his life depended on it and backing away from the bar and right into a very handsome man Talk about dumb luck. Axel tilted his head as he watched this kid babble away apologetically and then accidentally flail one of his arms into the guys chest and that flail turned into a touch. A definite touch. No longer could it be dismissed as an accident and Cisco's hand move so fast, he nearly hit himself in the chest.
"Oh. So that's why he's here. He lingered, that boy is not straight." Axel watched as the guy seemed to express interest in return, reaching out to touch Cisco, only for the other to recoil and swiftly moved away to order a drink in attempt to prevent it going further. "Closet case too."
That was almost painful to watch. "Pity. Right up until he spazzed and ran, he could have pulled."
"You don't say. Why would a lone straight boy hang out here? Man. He pinged my gaydar too, I just figured he didn't even know himself. Hartley leaned his head against Axel's shoulder as he watched that train-wreck. "No, he didn't call me a fag. He was just standing there, laughing his ass off. Which is apparently better, given he told me to get off his back, since he didn't call me a fag. Then he almost punched me when he thought I implied he might be less that straight. Self-hating homophobes. Sad cowards, what am I expecting?"
Hartley rolled his eyes and leaned against the wall. "Great. He's standing there and I really need a drink."
"Some people are cowards. Some people are dicks. Some people manage to combine them both and give you this perfect moment to get revenge and make them feel like a pathetic little loser. Trust me, Hart. This is a gift." Axel smirked and then gently moved away from Hartley, grinning before of course he was going to do this, of course he was always going to have done this. "Don't worry, pretty Piper. I'll get you a drink and free up the bar."
And before Hartley could even protest, Axel was on his way over to Cisco. He slid up beside him at the bar and ordered them both drinks, turning to Cisco with that devious smirk Hartley probably knew all too well. He introduced himself, smiled politely and then leaned over and whispered something in Cisco's ear that made him choke on his drink and nearly fall over himself, going a deep shade of red and flailing his arms in protest as he started his retreat, too busy escaping to take note of what Axel did next.
With a stupid smile, he turned around and mocking saluted Hartley. There, the bar was free.
Hartley watched with amusement, although he pointedly rolled his eyes when Axel saluted him. Typical and probably what he would have expected had he been less shocked. As it was, he was still smirking by the time he made his way over to Axel, taking the drink from his hand and kissing his cheek. "That was the most attractive thing you've done for me lately, I owe you one."
"I know, right? I save the day, I help those who are under threat of the homophobic and I get to give them some kinky fantasies." Axel laughed as he tried to spot where their 'straight' friend had disappeared to. Axel eyed the assortment of glasses and shot glasses that littered where he'd been sitting. "Talk about dealing with your problems by getting drunk. I'll be shocked if he stays on his feet all night."
"You're a true hero." Hartley glanced at the array of drinks himself, frowning. "He was supposed to write me a report tonight. I keep having to do all of his reports, because he thinks I just come up with them to punish him. They're part of the job." And a part of the job that definitely wouldn't be happening tonight. "Tell me if you spot him, I'm annoyed, I'll dance up to him."
"Right now, I can't see him but I don't actually think he went for the dance floor. Or the exit, actually. So he's still in here, in enemy territory. I'll keep an eye on the exit." No way straight boy was leaving without them knowing about it. He stole one of the shots Cisco hadn't had before he'd run off and knocked it back himself, watching the crowd until he finally spotted Cisco, clearly very drunk, very bad at dancing and with two guys clearly into him. Man. "That straight boy has so much game, how is that even fair? ... Though he is insanely pretty. And I like his hair. I bet it'd be so much fun to pull." Damn. Now even he was interested.
"Don't know about game. He's just clearly drunk out of his mind, so he'd be an easy pull and he's not bad-looking. Even if he's the worst dancer I've ever seen." Hartley watched him with more disdain than was probably necessary, but he had a lot of resentment built up and that Cisco was pretty much who had driven him to be here today wasn't helping.
With a huff he handed Axel his jacket and moved onto the dance floor, simply pushing past one of the horny guys and suddenly dancing right behind Cisco, one hand curling around his hip, given he could clearly use some guidance here.
Cisco was drunk. Drunker that he probably should have been given his vision was a little blurred, he was over heating and he genuinely had no idea what was even going on. All he knew was that this was probably a mistake. It's all he thought all day every day but hell, he just wanted to be with someone and girls made him feel so uncomfortable, he thought guys would be the way to roll. It wasn't shocking that he liked them, he worked it out a long time ago, also denied it for a long time but he decided to be brave, give it a shot.
And here he was, drunk with guys all around him and he had no idea what he even wanted from them and suddenly someone was behind him, guiding his hips. The actual hell? Well, this is what he wanted, isn't it? To be with guys. Well, he had it.
Great. Now he had Cisco Ramon's ass pressed against his crotch, practically had his hot, sweaty body leaning against him, moving in what he thought was dance movements and, man, he had to be drunk. Hartley felt some concern rise, the guy had to get hydrated, but it wasn't really his business. Even if he was his colleague and even if they were currently getting very intimate indeed.
Revenge, right? That was what Axel had told him this opportunity was all about. So Hartley dipped his head and pressed his lips against Cisco's neck, sucking some skin between his teeth and biting down gently before he simply kept licking, sucking, kissing. He wanted to leave his mark. Cocksucker. Yeah, right.
The guy who was dancing behind him was clearly getting hard, he could feel it slowly pressing against his ass and that was pretty weird, he fought against all his instincts to back away and run, mostly because he didn't think he really could run right now, he was five shots from running and he was trying his best to just do this. To do what he wanted and not get all in his head about it.
And God, there was a mouth against his neck and Cisco made a desperate whine and arched back into it, panting breathlessly in excitement. Oh holy shit, that felt amazing. He whimpered slightly as the teeth brushed the sensitive skin that had been sucked raw, his eyes closing as he enjoyed how it felt.
This was one of those times where it would really have been better to be more drunk himself, because the moment he heard Cisco's little whine and felt himself getting very ready to act on it, he also realised that he was nearing the point where, revenge or not, he was essentially just taking advantage of a very drunk guy in the closet who'd never let him near him if he was sober.
So Hartley pulled away, even though he kept his hand around Cisco's hip, just in case he needed to hold him up. "You should probably drink some water." He needed Axel, this situation was just getting worse and worse.
He felt his stomach drop and honest to god, he could have been sick then and there. This wad bad. Oh God, this was so bad. This was like his mom catching him in here level bad. "... Hartley?" Cisco felt the room spin a little and stumbled, too afraid to pull away and actually look behind him because he was pretty sure he was going to die if he did. "Oh God. Wake up, wake up." He hit himself in the face to try and get his reasoning back. This had to be like a bad dream. He spoke in Spanish now, as if it make it more private. "Wake up, Cisco, you are not grinding with your boss in a gay club. Wake up and go pray for your fucking soul, idiot."
"Careful." Hartley steadied Cisco, actually finding himself looking for Axel now. Damn it, he needed support. And a solution. He heard Cisco lament in Spanish and shook his head. Of course, that sounded about right. "Come on, let me get you some water."
This was a nightmare, even if he could at least appreciate the irony. It made for pretty good revenge, admittedly, once he could get over the feeling of having taken advantage. But a few minutes of dancing and some neck sucking that Cisco had clearly enjoyed wasn't that bad, was it?
Axel would have helped but a guy wrapped his arms around him from the back and called him cute so frankly, Hartley was dead to him right now and all that mattered was the handsome guy he was grinding against. Unfortunately, Hartley was alone on this one. Cisco stumbled along and then broke away from Hartley, swaying on his feet and holding up his hands to signal that no, touching was not a thing they should do right now. Or, God, ever. What the fuck was even happening?
"I-I can go home. It's cool. It's all cool." Hartley was literally going to tell everyone now. Then they'd be call him fag. Great. He guessed he deserved this. "I'm going, boss. Sir. Bye." Cisco made a move for the door, colliding into a random guy who then proceeded to steady him and then begin hitting on him. Jesus, people were such vultures. Why did this never happen to him in clubs full of girls?
"He's not interested." Hartley sent the guy away, stepping up to Cisco to
be able to steady him just in case. "I'll call you a cab, Cisco. You should
really drink some water." Fun night out and what he'd gotten was hard
because a guy who hated him and was deep in the closet had to happen to
also be kind of cute. The same guy that had made fun of him and called him
a cocksucker not long ago. These things didn't happen to other people, did
they? With a sigh he brushed his hair back from his face. This so wasn't
what he'd gotten dressed up for. "Do you want a cab?"
"I want a cab." Cisco admitted finally because he lived nowhere near here. Literally. He'd gone all the way from where he lived just to be here tonight and this is where it got him. He swayed and then drunkenly moved into Hartley, steadying himself against the and that steadying soon turned into Cisco basically being draped over him, head in his shoulder. "Don't tell anyone. Please? I'm not gay." He says after grinding with a guy and spending half his night in a gay bar. Yeah, yeah, he heard it. It was pretty dumb. "Ay dios mio, Cisco, you idiot." What? Someone was bound to say it, he may as well say it himself.
"I'd never out anyone. That's not my place." Hartley wrapped an arm around
Cisco to better keep him steady, turning his head to the side so he could
breathe something other than whatever insanely delicious shampoo Cisco
used. "Although if you could work out some things with yourself, maybe
you'd not have to get this drunk. Let's get you some water first, yeah?" He
didn't want to risk Cisco passing out in some random cab, so he slowly led
him to the bar and scored a fresh glass of water, holding it out to Cisco.
"Did you at least eat something?"
Cisco took the water and sipped it as he basically sprawled against the bar in an effort to stay upright. "No, I was too nervous." He hadn't eaten since the morning and he did debate just skipping this whole mess and spending another night in the big belly burger across the street, glaring at the club and wishing he could have the courage to go in. Right now that seemed like a better plan. "This has been hella trippy." Cisco laughed to himself as he drank his water, unable to help himself. "I got carded coming in, I touched a guy's chest for no reason, some dude whispered in my ear about wanting to do weird bondage and fist me and then I grind with my boss... I'm pretty sure this is like a bad dream."
"My first time at a club was a nightmare. Really wasn't cut out for it."
Hartley downed the shot he had gotten, since he clearly had some catching
up to do. Hell, Cisco's neck was so clearly marked up that it was
embarrassing. Hot, but embarrassing. He could only hope that it would fade
a little. On the other hand, he couldn't really deny that Cisco deserved
that. "You should probably grab a burger or fries before you head home.
I'll get you a cab."
He wondered if he should really breach the topic. This guy had almost
punched him for suggesting he might be less than straight a few hours ago.
"Here I just wanted to relax after a terrible day at work."
"I can't eat, I'll puke." Cisco closed his eyes and leaned into the bar, muttering various things in Spanish, little of which made sense. Just things about his mom and grandkids and God and how nice one guys chest felt. Cisco lifted his head back up and ran his hand over his eyes, trying to clear his head up and get it back in the game. "Terrible day? My fault, right? -- I didn't do those reports. Shit. Too late to lie now too."
Oh God, he was in twice the amount of trouble. Not only did he skip but he skipped and got caught out by his boss. With a sigh, Cisco drank more of his water. "Eh. Wasn't gonna do them anyway. Gay club or not."
"There's a shocker. You could at least score, make it worth it." Hartley sighed and leaned against the bar, listening to Cisco and deciding that this wasn't the moment to reveal that he could understand him. "If it helps, I'm regretting going out today too. That's so not what I was planning on doing." Even Axel had found himself better company by now, which didn't really help his mood. Not that he'd really planned on taking Axel home, but Axel was his friend, maybe his best friend, he needed someone to vent to. Someone who liked him.
"I don't even know what this is, it's a total mess." Cisco just wished he could have picked somewhere he wouldn't have run into his boss. Could have just let that guy who kept feeling his ass take him home, fuck him and then he'd finally know if he was gay or not. Right? That was how it worked. He assumed. "I can't believe my boss gave me a hickey." He raised his hand to touch his neck, blushing slightly when he remembered the noise he'd made from those teeth against his neck. "I can't believe it turned me on that much."
"A lot of people have sensitive necks. It's nothing unusual." Hartley cleared his throat, but he couldn't help the grin. "It looks good on you, if that helps any." There was definitely some deep satisfaction he felt in spite of himself when he saw Cisco there with the hickey on his neck. He chuckled and shook his head, looking at him with a mix of amusement and still a little bit of embarrassment. He so hadn't planned on a situation like this, not ever. "You're still turned on, aren't you?"
