There was the theory of infinity energy, but Hartley knew that as it stood right now, it wasn't possible to make use of without danger to both pokémon and human. He wish he still believed that would stop Harrison Wells from using it. "I think that it's possible. If there's anything there, I should be able to stop it. I have someone who drops by sometimes that is very good at detecting things."
