Axel held Hartley tightly, pulling him close, not wanting to lose him again. He didn't know if they could outrun these guys, probably not and even if they could, he'd find them. Axel knew that the best thing to do was to just do what he always did. Obey the rules and try not to get his ass kicked.

He didn't even ask Hartley, he gripped the other's chin and tilted his head manually, pulling him into a kiss that was clearly for show. He was here to entertain, that was all he needed to do.
