Trust me, Hart. This is a gift." Axel smirked and then gently moved away from Hartley, grinning before of course he was going to do this, of course he was always going to have done this. "Don't worry, pretty Piper. I'll get you a drink and free up the bar."

And before Hartley could even protest, Axel was on his way over to Cisco. He slid up beside him at the bar and ordered them both drinks, turning to Cisco with that devious smirk Hartley probably knew all too well. He introduced himself, smiled politely and then leaned over and whispered something in Cisco's ear that made him choke on his drink and nearly fall over himself, going a deep shade of red and flailing his arms in protest as he started his retreat, too busy escaping to take note of what Axel did next.

With a stupid smile, he turned around and mocking saluted Hartley. There, the bar was free.
